MTCS Systems Engineering Co. Ltd (MTCS) was established in 2001 to help western companies gain access to China's expanding need for technology and almost unlimited supply of skilled labor. Our headquarters are located in Beijing, but you will find us wherever east meets west.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide test and measurement instrumentation, test-program software, and related electronics products and services to the China market and to apply China's vast reserve of cost-competitive engineering talent to design and manufacture electronic instrumentation and instrument driver software and manufacture an extensive range of electronics products for the international market.
